The Format
Ignite takes place over three private 1:1 sessions (or within a small, intimate group cohort).
Each session is 75 minutes, held via Zoom.
The container is spacious, grounded, and supportive.
There is time for presence, inquiry, clearing, and integration.
You’ll also receive:
A simple integration practice to support embodiment between sessions.
Optional voice-note support between sessions (gentle, not intensive).
