The Format

Duration: 4–6 weeks
Structure: Two full-day sessions and one half-day integration session, with applied team work and reflection between.

Each Lab begins with a Kick-Off Immersion — a deep dive into your current systems, leadership dynamics, and future potential.
The Midpoint Intensive builds on those insights, focusing on pattern recognition, coherence mapping, and innovation design.
The Final Integration Session consolidates the work, anchoring new behaviours and leadership structures into the everyday flow of your organisation.

Labs may be hosted on-site or off-site (London, Oxford, or international by arrangement).
Virtual facilitation is available for global or hybrid teams.

Every Lab is bespoke — designed around the unique dynamics, vision, and evolution point of your organisation.

Indicative Investment

£25,000 + VAT (in-house, up to 10 participants)
or £3,000 + VAT per participant (open cohort)

Includes design consultation, all facilitation, and bespoke materials.
Travel and venue costs (if applicable) are additional.
